Rob Williams is a kinesiologist, posture specialist, movement coach with twenty years professional experience and over 20,000 hours of private client instruction. The past-president of the BC Association of Kinesiologists, Williams has made a career out of bringing professionalism and the highest level of expertise to the health and fitness industry.
He is the founder of Performance Posture, Vancouver’s first multi-disciplinary posture clinic, and Mixx Fitness Studio, an elite personal training studio in Coal Harbour, where he has coached professional and Olympic athletes, A-list Hollywood celebrities and high-ranking politicians. Rob and his team of trainers at Structure Rehab & Fitness have been the exclusive providers of personal training services to The Vancouver Club for the last ten years.
Rob writes a weekly full-page column for The Province newspaper entitled Body by Rob, with an associated blog, and has written multiple pieces for Impact Magazine, Fitness Business Canada and the Coaches Association of BC. He has made numerous television appearances and has produced his own instructional DVD entitled the Parent Posture Exercise Program. Rob and his wife are the proud parents of two active young boys.
