What you need to know about posture:
- Our bodies perform their very best in neutral alignment.
- Poor posture will;
- Restrict your movement efficiency and performance,
- Increase your risk of injury, and
- Negatively affect your appearance
- Simply standing up straight doesn’t work. After years of faulty posture, your body doesn’t know what good alignment is.
- Structural awareness and neuro-muscular retraining are the keys!
- Significant posture correction can be initiated with a thorough posture assessment and one exercise being performed regularly each day.
- The corrective process begins with the collection of digital images to illustrate existing posture patterns.
Celebrities, executives, models and more.
Posture affects every aspect of your movement and your physical presence. In fact, a UCLA study on communication revealed that 55% of our impact during face-to-face communication comes from our body language, and a large part of this impact related to our posture. This is why so many high achievers are working with Rob Williams to enhance their alignment and their lives.
“The change in my appearance and how I feel is incredible. I’m excited to work with Rob as my posture coach.” -Tori Spelling, actress
Improve your health and prevent pain!
Good posture also permits efficient circulation, respiration and digestion, which can keep your body energized and healthy. A person with good posture will have less muscular fatigue and joint stress, and will be less likely to suffer back pain or headaches.
