Being fit is about pursuing a healthier lifestyle that will give you the energy needed to be more productive in your day to day activities. There is a scientific approach to all exercise prescription and rehabilitation, and if you do not perform these exercises with perfect form you can do more damage to your body than you think. Everyone is as different on the outside as they are on the inside, which is why I believe that every individuals exercise program should be unique to their individual needs.
