Rob Williams, Kinesiologist, Posture Specialist and Fitness Expert, Founder
Rob Williams has sixteen years experience as a successful fitness professional and entrepreneur, specializing in the fields of posture management and corrective exercise therapy. The past-president of the BC Association of Kinesiologists,
Williams has made a career out of bringing professionalism and a high level of expertise to the health and fitness industry. His goal is to elevate the awareness and importance of posture, health and wellness to anyone who will listen. Rob is the founder and owner of Mixx Fitness Studio, Performance Posture Clinic and has operated the fitness facility in the Vancouver Club for over ten years. He is the producer of Parent Posture video for new parents, founder of Proud Posture for Youth an anti-bullying program, weekly columnist in the Province.
A frequent lecturer for LifeSpeak Parents at Work program and for corporations of all sizes, Rob speaks on a vast array of topics relating to health and wellness such as posture, ergonomics, exercise and nutrition, work-life balance.
Rob’s personal passions start at home with two young, energetic boys and an entrepreneural wife and fly fishing takes him away on much deserved mental health breaks a few times a year.
Dr. Jordan Myers graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and has operated a multi-disciplinary practice in Coquitlam for over 15 years in addition to co-founding Performance Posture Coal Harbour.
His mission is to help people achieve optimum health naturally. With this focus in mind, he has taken additional training in nutrition, spinal structural correction, rehabilitation and sports injury management. As a former bodybuilder and strength athlete, he understands the necessity of having proper body structure and function.
A frequent lecturer for corporations and organizations, Dr. Myers speaks on a variety of topics designed to help people make long-term changes and reach their health goals.
