1. Use a good supportive chair that is easy to adjust, move and fit to your body.
2. Position top of monitor at or below eye level.
3. No glare on screen
4. Sit at arms length from the monitor
5. Feet on floor or footrest
6. Use a document holder, preferably in-line with the computer screen
7. Wrists flat and straight in relation to forearms
8. Arms and elbows relaxed and close to body
9. Monitor and keyboard in centered in front of you
10. Use a negative tilt keyboard tray and mousing surface
11. A stationary or sit to stand desk can be used. Consult professional to align tools when standing.
12. Take frequent short breaks (microbreaks)
